Meet Lani

Founder | Dietitian & Nutritionist

Hi, I'm Lani, the founder and a dietitian with a passion for helping people feel more at ease with food and their bodies. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand your story, not just your symptoms. I work closely with people navigating a range of concerns, including binge eating, chronic health conditions, women’s health, and gut issues, always with a focus on practical, sustainable care that meets you where you are. Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find me at the beach, spending time with people I love or trying out a new recipe (or cocktail).

  • A supportive, one-on-one session to explore your health story, current eating patterns, goals, and any concerns. We take the time to understand you and offer personalised, compassionate nutrition advice in a safe and non-judgemental space.

  • If you’ve been referred by your GP under a care plan, this is a chance to dive into your health history, explore your eating habits, and work together on your nutrition goals. These sessions are tailored to support your unique needs with warmth, clarity, and care.

  • We offer tailored nutrition support for NDIS participants, whether you’re self-managed or plan-managed. Together, we’ll work towards realistic and empowering health goals, always with respect for your lived experience and individual needs.
