I grew up in the peaceful south-west corner of Western Australia, where life moved slowly, the ocean was never far away, and fresh produce was a part of everyday living. Those early experiences shaped my deep appreciation for simple, nourishing moments - and the belief that true health is about more than just food. It's about how you feel in your body, your mind, and your heart.

To me, nutrition isn’t just about what’s on your plate. It’s about connection, enjoyment, and learning to care for yourself in a way that feels good, not forced. Food should be nourishing, yes, but also comforting, joyful, and a reflection of your unique needs and lifestyle.
