NDIS / Medicare / DVA
NDIS - We proudly support NDIS participants (self- and plan-managed) with personalised nutrition advice to help promote independence, improve health outcomes, and support daily living. Every session is tailored to your individual goals and delivered with empathy, respect, and understanding.
Medicare / Health Care Plans - If your GP has referred you under a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates on up to 5 dietitian sessions per year. These consults are focused, supportive, and personalised to help manage ongoing conditions with practical strategies that work for you.
